利用規約

この利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、konkatsu_hensachi（個人運営、以下「運営者」）が提供する 婚活偏差値（https://konkatsu-hensachi.com 、以下「本サービス」）の利用条件を定めるものです。 本サービスを利用した時点で、本規約に同意したものとみなします。

1. サービスの内容

本サービスは、公表統計の分布に基づいて、婚活市場における統計的な位置づけを偏差値で 表示する無料の Web サービスです。会員登録やログインは不要で、入力された情報は ブラウザ内で処理され、サーバーには送信されません。情報の取り扱いはプライバシーポリシーに定めます。

2. 禁止事項

利用者は、本サービスの利用にあたり、次の行為をしてはなりません。

  • 法令または公序良俗に違反する行為
  • 本サービスのサーバーやネットワークに過度な負荷をかける行為（大量の自動アクセスなど）
  • 本サービスの運営を妨害する行為、または不正にアクセスする行為
  • 診断結果を用いて、特定の個人を誹謗中傷・差別する行為
  • 本サービスの内容を、運営者の許可なく自らのものとして再配布・販売する行為

3. 知的財産権

本サービスの文章・画像・プログラム・デザインの著作権は運営者または正当な権利者に帰属します。 引用の範囲を超える転載を希望する場合は、事前にお問い合わせください。 本サービスが加工して掲載している統計データの出典は、各ページおよびデータソースに記載しています。

4. 免責

本サービスが表示する偏差値は統計的な参考値であり、成婚の可能性などを保証するものではありません。 運営者は、本サービスの利用によって利用者に生じた損害について、運営者の故意または重大な過失による 場合を除き、責任を負いません。詳細は免責事項をご確認ください。

5. 広告と外部サービス

本サービスにはアフィリエイト広告（「PR」表記）と外部サイトへのリンクが含まれます。 リンク先のサービスの利用には、各サービスの利用規約とプライバシーポリシーが適用されます。

6. 運営に使う Google API アプリケーション

運営者は、コンテンツ企画のために、Google Cloud に登録した内部用アプリケーション「婚活偏差値」から Google Ads API を利用します。このアプリケーションは運営者本人のみが使用し、 利用者に提供するものではありません。利用にあたってはGoogle Ads API の利用規約を遵守し、取得したデータはプライバシーポリシーに従って取り扱います。

7. サービスの変更・停止

運営者は、事前の通知なく本サービスの内容を変更し、または提供を一時的もしくは永続的に 停止することがあります。これによって利用者に生じた損害について、運営者は責任を負いません。

8. 規約の変更

運営者は、必要に応じて本規約を変更することがあります。変更後の規約は本ページに掲載した時点より 効力を生じるものとします。

9. 準拠法・管轄

本規約は日本法に準拠します。本サービスに関して紛争が生じた場合は、日本の裁判所を 第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

Terms of Service (English)

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of Konkatsu Hensachi (https://konkatsu-hensachi.com, "the Service") provided by konkatsu_hensachi (an individual operator, "we"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If the two versions differ, the Japanese version above prevails.

1. The Service

The Service is a free website that shows, as a standard score, where a person stands in the Japanese marriage market based on the distributions of public statistics. No sign-up or login is required, and values you enter are processed in your browser and never sent to our servers. How we handle information is described in the Privacy Policy.

2. Prohibited conduct

When using the Service, you must not:

  • violate any law or public order and morals;
  • place excessive load on the Service, such as through mass automated access;
  • interfere with the operation of the Service or access it without authorization;
  • use results to defame or discriminate against any individual;
  • redistribute or sell the Service's content as your own without our permission.

3. Intellectual property

Copyright in the text, images, software and design of the Service belongs to us or the rightful owners. Contact us before reproducing content beyond fair quotation. Sources of the statistics used are listed on each page and on the data sources page.

4. Disclaimer

Scores shown by the Service are statistical reference values and do not guarantee any outcome. Except in cases of our willful misconduct or gross negligence, we are not liable for any damage arising from the use of the Service. See the Disclaimer for details.

5. Advertising and external services

The Service contains affiliate advertisements labeled "PR" and links to external websites. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

6. Google API application used to operate the Service

To plan content, we use the Google Ads API through an internal application named "婚活偏差値" (Konkatsu Hensachi) registered in Google Cloud. The application is used only by the operator and is not offered to users. We comply with the Google Ads API Terms and Conditions, and handle the data obtained in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

7. Changes to or suspension of the Service

We may change, suspend or discontinue the Service at any time without notice, and are not liable for any damage resulting from it.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as needed. The updated Terms take effect when posted on this page.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute relating to the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Japan as the court of first instance.
